What happens when a product is no longer available?

When a product is no longer in stock with any of our retail partners it will no longer appear in our search and therefore you will not be able to add it to your profile.

If you added a product to your profile and it has since become unavailable from the selected retail partner, the item will remain in your profile. Any visitors will still be able to view an out of stock item in your profile and so we recommend that you periodically check the products in your profile to ensure that they are still available with the retailer and remove any that are not.
