It depends on the retailer. Usually, after the retailer has confirmed the sale there is a validation period (the length of time the customer has to return the product), which is typically 28 days. Once the validation period has passed, the retailer will approve or decline the payment. Upon approval, the retailer will transfer the amount to an affiliate network (typically within 30 to 60 days) who in turn will transfer the amount to us (typically once a month). During this time, we will validate your payment on our system and transfer it directly to you in the form of points, making them available to use.
It means there’s a slight delay between someone buying an item through your profile and those points going from pending to available. But don’t worry, they will be on their way and you can track the journey in your Sales tab.
