WeShop Shopper Points Promotion Terms & Conditions

The WeShop Shopper Points Promotion allows a registered WeShop user (“Member”) to collect promotional points (“Promotional Points”) by purchasing through WeShop.

To participate, Members must agree to these terms, which become part of the WeShop Membership Agreement (“Membership Agreement”). Capitalised terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Membership Agreement.

How to Collect Shopper Promotional Points

Members can collect Shopper Promotional Points by completing a purchase through the WeShop platform which becomes a Qualifying Transaction.

The Member’s wallet will be credited with the Promotional Points detailed in the accompanying promotional materials when the purchase becomes a Qualifying Transaction.

Qualifying Transaction

The purchase must become a Qualifying Transaction, which means (i) it must have tracked through the Service and be displayed in the Member’s dashboard, (ii) the period during which the purchased product(s) and service(s) may be returned has expired, (iii) it must be validated by the relevant Retailer or by one of our Affiliate Partners, and (iv) we must have first received our Referral Fee from the relevant Retailer or Affiliate Partner in relation to the same transaction.

If the purchase fails to become a Qualifying Transaction, then no Promotional Points will be credited in to the Member’s wallet.

Redeeming Promotional Points

Promotional Points may be redeemed through any WeShop payment method and will automatically be credited in to the Member’s wallet once the retailer has approved the Qualifying Transaction and we have received our Referral Fee.

Promotional and Transactional points can be redeemed once the Member’s Available Points balance is 1,000 points or greater. All Points must be redeemed within 12 months. After one year of inactivity the Member’s collected Points will expire.

Points may not be collected by creating multiple WeShop Member Accounts, so that the Member is acting as both the buyer and seller in the Qualifying Transaction. Points accrued in separate WeShop Member Accounts may not be combined into one WeShop Member’s Account.

Where a Member has completed a Qualifying Transaction by purchasing an item through their own Profile then the Member will only collect Points in relation to the purchase of the item not the sale.

If for any reason, you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Points balance please contact us. WeShop may require you to submit additional information to make a decision regarding your Points balance. All decisions regarding your Points balance will be final and at WeShop’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Promotional Points. Where applicable, WeShop may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the Promotional Points are redeemed.


If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes

WeShop may suspend or terminate the Shopper Points Promotion or a Member’s ability to participate in the Shopper Points Promotion at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend Member’s Accounts or remove Member’s Points at any time and for any reason, including if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the WeShop Membership Agreement. We reserve the right to review and investigate all transactional activity involving WeShop and to suspend Member’s Accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of payment methods that you may use to redeem WeShop Points can change at any time.

Updates to the Terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Shopper Points Promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
