How to Collect Promotional Points by Shopping at Tesco Direct - **NO LONGER ACTIVE**
The WeShop “Free F&F Christmas Jumper” offer allows a registered WeShop user (“Member”) to collect promotional points (“Promotional Points”) by purchasing through WeShop.
To participate, Members must agree to these terms, which become part of the WeShop Membership Agreement (“Membership Agreement”). Capitalised terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Membership Agreement.
The “Free F&F Christmas Jumper” promotional offer is only available for newly registered users and for those that have never purchased through WeShop. The user would have seen the offer promoted by one of our partners, email or on Social Media sites and clicked one of the associated tracking links.
Any Member who attempts to redeem the incentive but is not in the list of eligible Members will not be entitled to the Promotional Points.
1,400 Promotional Points (worth £14.00) will be awarded for the Member’s first completed Qualifying Transaction made at Tesco Direct through WeShop. A minimum spend of £14.00 (excluding delivery and gift vouchers) applies.
Please note that leaving the checkout process, to source voucher codes or visit similar publisher sites, will prevent WeShop from being able to track any subsequent purchases.
To qualify for the Promotional Points the member does not have to purchase the item featured in the promotional material. The member will also be eligible for the Promotional Points if they purchase items in addition to the featured item.
The offer is valid from 00:00:01 1 November 2017 and will remain open until 5,000 new members have created a WeShop account after clicking an associated tracking link, or exactly 90 days after the promotion officially began.
Only purchases made at Tesco Direct are eligible for Promotional Points.
To qualify for the Promotional Points, the Member’s purchase must appear in their WeShop dashboard. If a purchase has not tracked, please contact Customer Support. Please note that transactions will often take a few hours (and on rare occasions up to 2-3 days) so please allow for a bit of time.
The 1,400 Promotional Points can only be claimed once per person. The use of duplicate accounts by the same person to claim multiple Promotional Points will be closely monitored.
After your purchase, your Promotional Points will not appear in your WeShop wallet until the member’s qualifying transaction has been approved by the retailer. Members can check the status of their bonus in the ‘Bonus’ tab of their dashboard.
Irrespective of any amount showing as credited to your Wallet, you only become entitled to any Points when we pay them to Your Account (UK bank/PayPal account). Therefore, Points do not become yours until they are actually paid to Your Account.
WeShop may suspend or terminate the “Free F&F Christmas Jumper” offer or a Member’s ability to participate in the promotion at any time and for any reason.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the WeShop.co.uk website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the "Free F&F Christmas Jumper" offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Promotional Points at any time and for any reason, including if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Membership Agreement. We reserve the right to review and investigate all transactional activity involving WeShop and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
