How to Collect Promotional Points by Shopping at The Outnet

The WeShop “The Outnet Promotional Points” offer allows a registered WeShop user (“Member”) to collect promotional points (“Promotional Points”) by purchasing through WeShop.

To participate, Members must agree to these terms, which become part of the WeShop Membership Agreement (“Membership Agreement”). Capitalised terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Membership Agreement.

The “The Outnet Promotional Points” offer is only available for Members who have received the offer promoted by WeShop via email. WeShop holds a list of eligible Members. Any Member who attempts to redeem the incentive but is not in the list of eligible Members will not be entitled to the Promotional Points.

1,000 Promotional Points will be awarded for the Member’s first completed Qualifying Transaction made at The Outnet through WeShop. A minimum spend of £10.00 (excluding delivery) applies.

Before making a qualifying transaction the member must activate the offer by clicking the link in the promotional email they were sent by WeShop.

The offer is valid between 00:00:01 15th September 2017 and 23:59:59 on 8th October 2017.

Only purchases made at The Outnet are eligible for Promotional Points.

To qualify for the Promotional Points, the Member’s purchase must appear in their WeShop dashboard. If a purchase has not tracked, please contact Customer Support.

The 1,000 Promotional Points can only be claimed once per person. The use of duplicate accounts by the same person to claim multiple Promotional Points will be closely monitored.

After your purchase, your Promotional Points will not appear in your WeShop wallet until your qualifying transaction has been approved by the retailer.

WeShop may suspend or terminate the “The Outnet Promotional Points” offer or a Member’s ability to participate in the promotion at any time and for any reason.

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the WeShop.co.uk website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the "The Outnet Promotional Points" offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Promotional Points at any time and for any reason, including if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Membership Agreement. We reserve the right to review and investigate all transactional activity involving WeShop and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

COMPETITION GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Competition details on the promotional material and competition details page form part of the terms and conditions, such as prizes, starting and ending dates, and any special entry criteria or prize conditions.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Competition is open to anyone aged at least 18 years who is a UK resident, excluding employees of WeShop or any of its affiliated companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this Competition. We may ask for proof of age or identity at the finalist stage, just to be sure. Using false details will result in disqualification.

There is no purchase necessary. If you are not already a WeShop member you will be asked to register. You can register as a WeShop member free of charge at weshop.co.uk. If you would like to know more about what happens to your data when you join WeShop, then please see the WeShop privacy policy (which can be found here).

If you are already a WeShop member, you will be asked to log in to your account as part of the entry process.

As this is an online competition, it is necessary for you to have access to the Internet and to have an active email address.

It is possible to enter more than once if you are feeling creative, but please be aware that you cannot win more than one prize level within each competition. By submitting your entry, you warrant that your entry is an original work, belongs to you and has not been copied from others, and does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

JUDGING:

Most of our competitions are open to subjective interpretation, therefore they will be judged by an independent judge or a panel including one independent judge. In these cases all entries received by the closing date stated on the promotional material will normally go through a shortlist process and the winners will be selected by the judge(s) from the shortlist.

If we run a competition with a prize draw, then winners will be selected from all the valid qualifying entries by a random draw.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize, and the prize is non-transferable.

WINNERS:

You are responsible for providing us with accurate and up-to-date contact details. We will not be liable for any failure, delay or inability to contact you. In some circumstances you will need to provide a valid delivery address in order to receive your prize.

If you are a potential winner, we will contact you at the email address you provided and/or through the WeShop messaging service within 7 days of the closing date of the competition, and you consent to us contacting you in this way, and may ask you to verify your personal details. If you have not replied within 48 hours or you don’t meet the eligibility requirements we mentioned above, we reserve the right to withdraw a potential prize and the judges will choose another winner (using the same judging criteria as above) from all other eligible entries received.

PRIZES:

Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted for a cash alternative except at the sole discretion of WeShop.

Prizes are subject to availability and may be subject to a sponsor’s or supplier’s terms and conditions, which will be communicated in the competition promotional material. We reserve the right to amend prizes or the terms of the competition if the need arises.

In the case where event tickets are awarded as a prize, it is not possible to sell or give these on to a third party. Unless otherwise stated, travel and/or accommodation will not be provided for the event. If you are unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited and retained to be distributed to the next placed entry.

If your prize involves travelling to another country, it is your responsibility to arrange visas if necessary. We do not have any information on travel visas, nor will we become involved in the arrangement of these.

If your prize involves attending an event, be aware that unless otherwise stated we accept no responsibility for the organisation or monitoring of the event. We shall not be liable for any event that is cancelled by a third party. If you do attend an event as part of a prize, you are attending it in your personal capacity and not as an employee, agent, or representative of WeShop.

ENTRIES AND PROMOTIONS:

All entries become the property of WeShop. By entering this competition you give your consent (without further compensation or attribution) for us and others authorised by us to use, reproduce, modify, print, publish, distribute, sell, and display your entry for any purpose.

If you are a winner, you agree to any reasonable requests we have relating to publicity. Such examples may include but not be limited to appearance on the WeShop home page, communication emails, and other editorial features including, without limitation, announcing your name publicly on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and all other WeShop social media.

COMPETITION PROMOTER:

WeShop Limited (“WeShop”, “we/us”) is the promoter of this competition. Our address is: 4th Floor, 30-31 Cowcross Street, London, EC1M 6DQ. Email address: support@weshop.co.uk

WeShop will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond WeShop's reasonable control:
any postponement or cancellation of the competition; and
any changes to the prize; and
any act or default of any third party supplier.

We reserve the right to amend any time periods, and notification dates at any time should circumstances make this necessary, or to cancel this promotion before the advertised close date.

If the competition is cancelled for any reason, WeShop shall not be held liable by virtue of that cancellation. WeShop reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of the prize) for a prize or prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. There is no cash alternative to the prize. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest or Twitter. By registering for this competition, you acknowledge and accept that Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest or Twitter shall not be liable to you in any way for any matter in relation to this competition.

By entering and/or accepting the prize, participants and winner agree to hold WeShop and its promotional partners, directors, officers, and employees harmless for liability, damages, or claims for injury or loss to any person or property, relating to, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, participation in this competition, the acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prize, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the participant ineligible. WeShop, in its sole discretion, reserves the immediate and unrestricted right to disqualify any participant or prize winner if either commits or has committed any act or has been involved or becomes involved in any situation or occurrence which WeShop deems likely to subject WeShop, participant, or winner to ridicule, scandal, or contempt or which reflects unfavourably upon WeShop in any way. If such information is discovered by WeShop after a winner has received notice of his/her prize and before the prize is awarded, WeShop may rescind the prize in its entirety. Decisions of WeShop are final and binding in all matters related to this paragraph.

WeShop is not responsible for lost or late entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by WeShop on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the competition is not capable of completion or running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the competition, WeShop reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition. WeShop reserves the right to select the winner from eligible entries received as of the termination date. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the participant declared the winner, the prize will be awarded to the authorised account holder of the e-mail address/or social media account. The “authorised account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address/or social media account is assigned.

If WeShop has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion or any entry including by way of entries from multiple Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest or Twitter accounts) WeShop reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any participant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

This Competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Competition.
