Why did I receive fewer points than I expected?

What probably happened is that after clicking on a product in your profile, the visitor decided to buy something which earns you fewer points. It might be that they clicked “BUY” on a TV in your profile, but when they were transferred to the retailer’s site they ended up buying a DVD instead. You’ll still receive points, if there are points available for that item, but it just won’t be as many.

It is worth noting that some purchases do track at the wrong rate initially before updating automatically a little later on and that some retailers don’t pay on VAT, delivery charges or any gift cards or vouchers used as part of the purchase.
